Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes in Maldon, Essex, is looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team and look after public area facilities, lounges, corridors and guest spaces to the highest standards.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. Hours are 6.30am–9.00am, five days out of seven including weekends and bank holidays, with pay of £12.71 per hour for over 21s and £10.85 per hour for 18–20s.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors and reception to high standards.
• Follow resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and colleagues.
• Prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we are looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, looking after our public area facilities.Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring that the entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean, well maintained and presented to the highest standards which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests
• To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
• The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
• To follow the Resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations at all times
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and your colleagues
• No experience required; with the right attitude and work ethic we can train on everything you need to know.

Hours

6.30am - 9am. Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays.

Pay

£12.71 per hour (over 21 years)

£10.85 per hour (18 - 20 years)
