Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes in Essex is seeking reliable Housekeeping colleagues for daytime shifts. You will clean and refresh guest rooms, make beds, replenish amenities, and respond to guest requests with care. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to the rural location.

Hours are 30 per week, 9am–3pm, five days out of seven, with rotational weekends and bank holidays. Training is provided, and a range of benefits awaits successful applicants.

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Hours and location

• 30 hours per week
• 9am-3pm
• Working five days out of seven

Please note that, due to our rural location and lack of public transport, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll be doing

• Cleaning and refreshing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
• Making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces
• Replenishing towels, toiletries and other guest amenities
• Responding politely and helpfully to guest requests
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Following our health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Working closely with your colleagues to complete rooms efficiently and on time
