Full training is provided, but prior office-based customer service experience is essential. Responsibilities include notifying restaurants of orders, assisting with online ordering, and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

• One year in a customer service role, ideally in an office setting.
• Minimum of 7 GCSEs with Maths and English at grades A-C.

Responsabilités

• Notify restaurants by phone of outstanding orders.
• Assist customers ordering meals via live chat and phone.
• Troubleshoot general technical issues for clients.
• Provide office-based customer service support.
• Perform general administration duties.
