Job summary

ZPos Ltd in Swindon, United Kingdom, is seeking a customer support assistant to join the evenings and weekends team. You will help restaurants and their customers via telephone, email and live chat.

Full training is provided, but prior office-based customer service experience is essential. Responsibilities include notifying restaurants of orders, assisting with online ordering, and resolving technical issues.

Please note this position is not remote or hybrid.

Available shift patterns:

• Monday 6pm - 12am and Sunday 10am - 6pm (12.5 paid hours per week)

• Thursday and Sunday 6pm - 12am (11 paid hours per week)

• Monday 6pm - 12am, Saturday 10am - 6pm* and Sunday 10am-6pm (16 - 19.5 paid hours per week)

• Thursday 6pm - 12am, Saturday 10am - 6pm* and Sunday 6pm - 12am (14.5 - 18 hours per week)

*Saturday 10am - 6pm shifts are available on a weekly or alternating basis.

Additional shifts available:

• Friday 2pm - 6pm

• Alternating Wednesday 6pm - 12am

There are also opportunities to pick up overtime covering annual leave on other shifts all throughout the week (daytime and evening).

Age: 18+
Pay: £13.33 per hour

About ZPos Ltd

ZPos is a rapidly expanding company that supplies products and services to restaurants and takeaways. We predominantly sell eCommerce websites facilitating the online ordering of takeaway meals as well as the supply of EPoS Systems, printing and digital signage.

What We Want

We work with takeaways who require round the clock support, and whose busiest periods are the afternoons, evenings and weekends. To improve our service, we are looking to expand on our current support team to provide help to our clients when the office is busier or would normally be closed. We are looking for a friendly, responsible and reliable individual who can work independently and in a small team.

About The Role

Working with at least one other member of staff, you will be providing support to our clients (restaurants) and their customers through means of telephone, email and live chat. Full training will be given, but prior office based experience is essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Notifying restaurants by telephone of outstanding orders

• Helping customers order their meal via live chat

• Troubleshooting general technical issues

• Providing customer service for clients calling into the office

• Performing general administration duties
