Arnold Clark is looking for a skilled mechanic to service and repair vehicles, maintain high standards, and diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools. You will work within a collaborative team at Wolverhampton Motorstore, and training to become EV accredited is provided.

You’ll have the chance to earn performance bonuses and a salary between £40,000 and £50,000 DOE, with overtime paid at time and a half and 33 days leave to start.

Qualifikationen

• A certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 and solid work experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work efficiently on your own or as part of a busy team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Inspecting engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Repairing or replacing faulty parts as needed.
• Carrying out DVSA vehicle testing (if authorised).
• Road testing vehicles to check repairs.
• Maintaining tools and equipment and following checklists.
