Job summary

Project Better Energy Ltd in Burton Upon Trent is seeking a Technical Support Agent to provide expert technical guidance for customers of the market‑leading EV products. You will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding support and helping customers get the best from our green technology offerings.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a salary of £26,436.80 per year. You will join a values-driven team focused on renewable energy and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, EV, electrical, or networking roles is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with technical queries.
• Apply product knowledge to quickly identify solutions for customers.
• Provide clear step-by-step guidance to solve customer queries.
• Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers when needed.
• Work closely with other departments to enhance the customer journey.
• Deliver high-standard customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Support positive feedback across Trustpilot, Google and platforms.
