Job summary
Sync Energy, part of the Luceco Group, is hiring a Technical Support Operative to assist customers, installers and partners across EV charging and energy products. You will diagnose faults, support product commissioning and contribute to ongoing improvement.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Software teams, and delivering excellent service while expanding your technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support or helpdesk roles with strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest or background in EV charging, energy storage or renewable tech is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class technical support to customers, installers and distribution partners.
- Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues across EV chargers and energy storage products.
- Assist with product commissioning and configuration activities.
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate records in support ticketing systems and manage multiple cases.
