Job summary

Snows BYD Honiton in Exeter is seeking a Sales Executive to welcome customers, identify needs and present BYD electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, including test drives and finance quotations. You will manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery and aftercare, maintaining accurate CRM records and following up leads to achieve targets.

Collaborating with sales, finance and service teams, you will deliver a seamless customer experience while explaining Lease, PCP and Hire Purchase options

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales and meeting targets.
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections.
• Understanding of finance options: Lease, PCP, Hire Purchase.
• Interest in EVs and willingness to learn product details.
• Organized with CRM documentation and records.
• Prior automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs in the showroom.
• Present BYD electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles with features and benefits.
• Coordinate test drives and explain finance quotations (Lease, PCP, Hire Purchase).
• Manage sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up leads.
• Collaborate with colleagues in sales, finance and service to deliver a seamless experience.
