Job summary

Sinclair Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our BYD team in Swansea. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through demonstrations, test drives, delivery and aftersales follow-up, while representing cutting-edge electric and hybrid vehicles.

The role requires a customer-focused, target-driven individual with strong communication and IT skills, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for automotive technology.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in automotive retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives of BYD vehicles.
• Promote finance, insurance and additional products.
• Follow up leads to maximise sales and build referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Support a small sales team and deliver excellent customer experience at every stage.
