Thurlow Nunn, a long-established family business, is expanding its sales team in Lowestoft with the BYD range. We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive with automotive experience to deliver an exceptional customer journey and close profitable vehicle sales.

You will present BYD models, promote financing and insurance products, and work to build lasting customer relationships while achieving individual sales targets in a supportive, award-winning environment.

Qualifications

• Background delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Present the features and benefits of BYD models to help customers choose the right vehicle.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction during and after the sale.
• Sell and promote Finance, Insurance and other products alongside vehicle sales.
• Ensure customers receive the right products in line with company standards.
