Kia UK Limited is seeking a technically skilled professional to support PBV centres and fleet partners, providing onsite technical support and coaching at Kia UK Limited dealers and PBV Centres to ensure rapid repairs and uptime.

The role emphasises collaboration across QA, Customer Service and HQ, with a focus on high voltage EV fault diagnosis and field-based team leadership. Hybrid working and travel across the UK are expected.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Motor Vehicle Technicians Part 3 or equivalent.
• Master Technician level preferred with HV EV fault diagnosis experience.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate field-based activity with Senior Technical Advisors and Specialists.
• Provide onsite technical support and coaching at Kia UK dealerships and PBV Centres.
• Ensure fastest possible repair of customer and fleet vehicles; minimise downtime.
• Inspect vehicles to assess warranty liability and negotiate repair costs.
• Support new model launches, evaluations, and quality investigations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve technical customer and dealer queries.
• Document all contacts and actions accurately.
