Job summary
Kia UK is seeking an experienced technical specialist to support dealer partners and suppliers with diagnostics, technical information, and product launches. The role collaborates with After Sales, Product Marketing, Press & PR, Mobis and other partners, offering opportunities to broaden aftersales and project management skills.
Travel across the UK and occasional overseas work are expected, with hybrid working options and a range of employee benefits to support personal and professional
Qualifications
- Automotive technical qualifications such as City & Guilds or IMI are required.
- High level of vehicle technical knowledge across models and systems.
- Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and service literature.
- Strong analytical ability and clear communication at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide dealer support with tools, diagnostics and technical literature.
- Produce and distribute high-quality technical/product information promptly.
- Support new dealers with diagnostics tools and aftersales processes.
- Assist in launches of new models with onsite event support.
- Coordinate with Kia and partners to improve tooling and literature quality.
- Support teams with information on product issues and resolutions.
- Ensure tooling and literature availability for all dealers.
- Contribute to quality reports and field fix investigations.
