Kia UK seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to shape and deliver high voltage and diagnostics training for PBV centres and fleet partners at our Derby training centre. You will work with the Technical Training Manager to provide industry‑leading training, ensuring trainers are qualified and competent beyond standard technician levels.

The role suits a proactive trainer with in‑depth vehicle knowledge, strong planning skills, and the ability to deliver content across in‑person and online

Qualifications

• Qualified to deliver high voltage training with HS compliance.
• Experience in automotive technical training delivery.
• Knowledge of online training tools and content creation.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver new course content and assets.
• Develop online options (VCT, eLearning, videos, AR/VR).
• Maintain awareness of current technical bulletins (GSW).
• Deliver internal and fleet operator training.
• Ensure safety on live HV vehicle work with level 4 trainer responsibilities.
• Collaborate with HQ and Kia Europe training teams.
• Maintain training centre and equipment to brand standards.
