Job summary

Kia UK Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to shape how we plan and deliver technical training for our PBV centres and fleet partners. You will work with the Technical Training Manager to provide industry-leading HV training at the Derby-based Academy, ensuring competence beyond technician levels.

The role requires delivering across dealer and fleet programs, using HBIS guidelines and latest HS standards. Hybrid working is offered with on-site training days at Derby.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high voltage training to automotive professionals.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and electrical systems.
• Ability to plan, develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Comfort with online and hybrid learning delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver new course content and assets using varied delivery methods.
• Develop online training options (VCT, eLearning, videos, AR/VR).
• Stay updated with current technical issues and bulletins.
• Deliver internal and fleet operator training at the Academy and workshops.
• Ensure safety on live HV training and coordinate HS responsibilities.
