Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive onboarding & operations associate to own end-to-end onboarding for new business customers joining the Octopus Fleet platform. You will provide first-line support, handle KYB checks, maintain CRM records, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end onboarding for new business customers joining the Octopus Fleet platform.
• Provide first-line customer support for new and existing business clients.
• Answer operational queries and deliver a high-quality service experience.
• Complete KYB checks and administrative vetting of new sign-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding progress in CRM systems.
• Assist with basic status reporting.
• Channel customer insights and friction points to product and technology teams.
• Help refine tools and processes through internal feedback.
