Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking a detailed and enthusiastic Business Operations Specialist to join the Octopus Fleet team. You will guide new business sign-ups through a smooth onboarding journey, ensuring compliant and efficient integration into our platform.

You will be the primary contact for onboarding and customer support, handling KYB checks, documentation, and CRM updates while collaborating with product and tech teams to improve tools and processes in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations support is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new business customers onto the Octopus Fleet platform.
• Provide responsive customer support as the first line of contact for business clients.
• Handle compliance and KYB checks and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Assist with status reporting and maintain onboarding progress.
• Feedback customer insights to product and tech teams to refine tools and processes.
