Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join the Octopus Fleet team in the UK. You’ll own the onboarding for new business customers, guide them through KYB checks, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure a smooth, scalable start.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service, coordinate across teams, and help improve onboarding processes with insights from day-to-day experience in a fast-growing fleet operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process end-to-end for bringing new business customers onto the Octopus Fleet platform.
• Provide responsive first-line customer support for business clients and resolve operational queries.
• Complete Know Your Business (KYB) checks and related compliance tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding progress in our CRM systems and assist with status reporting.
• Channel customer insights and friction points to product/tech teams to refine tools and processes.
