Octopus Energy Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Onboarding Specialist to guide new business customers through the onboarding journey to the Octopus Fleet platform. You’ll be the primary contact, delivering high-quality service while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

You will work in a fast-growing scale-up with a focus on sustainability and EV adoption, collaborating with product and tech teams to refine onboarding tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new business customers on the Octopus Fleet platform.

• Handle KYB checks and compliance tasks for sign-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding progress in CRM systems.
• Channel customer insights to product/tech teams to improve tools and processes.
