Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Asset Finance Management

• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset finance models to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Monitor asset performance, including depreciation, lease terms, and residual values.
• Analyse financial data to optimize asset financing structures and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with finance agreements and regulatory requirements.

Lending Report Management

• Prepare and review lending reports to track loan performance and repayment trends.
• Monitor key metrics such as loan-to-value ratios, debt service coverage ratios, and delinquency rates.
• Generate insights from lending reports to inform strategic decisions and mitigate risks.
• Liaise with lending institutions to provide timely and accurate information as required.

Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operations

• Oversee the operational management of our commercial electric 2-wheeler fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal activities to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics, including utilization rates, downtime, and operational costs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the fleet operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g.CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, asset management, or commercial lending roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with asset finance models, lease accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Prior experience in the electric vehicle industry or fleet management is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in financial modelling software, spreadsheet applications, and data visualisation tools.
