Job summary

HIVED, based in London, is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to lead on-road performance of our 100% electric delivery fleet. You will own onboarding, repairs, maintenance, and admin, while supporting fast growth across multiple London depots.

You will manage a decentralised team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee insurance and claims, and drive cost efficiency using telematics insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Fleet Management, with large van fleets.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites.
• EV fleet experience preferred.
• Thrives in fast-growing, high-change environments.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience owning budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own Repair & Maintenance: Oversee workshop ops and external garages, manage inventory.
• Oversee Fleet Operations: Assign vehicles to drivers and track damages and repairs.
• Manage a Decentralised Team: Lead fleet staff across multiple London depots.
• Manage the Admin Function: Oversee insurance claims and PCN processing.
• Drive Fleet Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance and O-Licence adherence.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership: Use telematics to reduce costs and improve operations.
