Job summary

HIVED, based in London, is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to lead the on-the-road performance of our electric delivery fleet. You will head the fleet team, ensure safety, compliance and cost efficiency, and own vehicle onboarding, maintenance, and admin across multiple London depots.

You will manage a decentralized team, drive regulatory compliance, and optimise total cost of ownership while partnering with ops run teams to support rapid growth and scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Fleet Management experience, preferably managing large van fleets.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• EV Fleet Experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
• Strong people leader: clear, fair, and direct.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience owning budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own Repair & Maintenance: Oversee workshop operations and partnerships, ensure uptime and inventory control.
• Oversee Fleet Operations: Allocate vehicles to drivers, record damages and coordinate repairs.
• Manage a Decentralised Team: Lead fleet team across multiple London depots, ensure high performance and safety.
• Manage the Admin Function: Oversee insurance claims and PCN processing.
• Drive Fleet Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, schedule servicing and inspections.
• Optimise Total Cost of Ownership: Monitor costs and use telematics insights to drive improvements.
