Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group seeks a Senior Fleet Planning Analyst to support the Fleet Planning Manager in creating UK & Ireland fleet plans. The role is hybrid, with two days at the Leicester HQ and remote work the rest of the time.

Responsibilities include monthly fleet plans, KPI optimisation, and coordinating with procurement and RCM teams while maintaining data accuracy in planning tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and data.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly fleet plans in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Optimising the fleet to hit KPIs such as utilisation and costs.
• Reviewing and improving the current fleet planning process.
• Liaising with procurement and RCM to optimise infl eets and defleets.
• Ensuring information accuracy in Greenway/Rentway.
• Preparing monthly fleet planning decks for Senior Management.
• Conducting ad hoc analysis as required.
