Job summary

BYD After Sales Service Centre is seeking a Training Support Specialist to assist trainers in organizing and delivering training sessions. Based in Uxbridge, London, this fully office-based role focuses on coordinating program operations and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth post-training experiences.

You will manage training records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, develop materials, and oversee the BYD LMS2 platform, while contributing to evaluation, improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a technical field preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and create reports on training effectiveness.
• Right-to-work in the UK.
• AI capability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and activities.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and multimedia aids.
• Coordinate with trainers and SMEs to develop curriculum.
• Manage trainee registrations and training records.
• Oversee the BYD LMS2 training platform and related logistics.
• Manage retailer training fees and liaise with Finance.
• Perform post-training evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Keep a retailer position register and conduct gap analyses with leadership.
• Provide support to trainers during live stream training sessions.
