Job summary

BYD EUROPE in Hounslow is seeking a Customer Project Specialist - Commercial Vehicle to coordinate customer projects from order placement to delivery. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery and high service standards.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination or related fields, strong organisation, stakeholder management and MS Office proficiency. Automotive sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, project delivery or similar.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Detail-oriented with solid administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Automotive or manufacturing sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from order placement through delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and business reports.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and objectives.
• Collect, analyse and report project data and KPIs.
• Keep project information up to date in internal systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for delivery and satisfaction.
