Green & Wolvin Recruitment is seeking a European Transport Co-ordinator based in Derbyshire for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will manage orders across a large fleet, plan routes with a TMS, and handle import/export freight to the UK and Europe, including customs docs.

The role requires 2+ years in transport planning, experience coordinating drivers, and a readiness to work Monday–Friday days. Derbyshire commute and European road haulage experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' experience in transport planning / coordination.
• Experience coordinating drivers of courier, HGV or LGV vehicles.
• Able to work a Monday to Friday days shift.
• Commutable to Derbyshire.
• Experience in European road haulage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all orders of full-loads, part-loads and groupage pallet distribution across a large fleet of vehicles.
• Utilise transport management system to plan routes and ensure cost-effective choices.
• Manage import/export road freight haulage UK & Europe including customs clearance docs.
• Review carrier schedules and adjust to customer requirements.
• Support Transport Manager with RFQs and with new integrations and processes.
