Duvo.ai is seeking a Talent Partner to own a portfolio of roles across engineering and GTM in Europe. You will build pipelines, run end-to-end hiring processes, and close offers with a focus on landing hires.

You’ll source directly, leverage referrals, and use AI tools to reach passive candidates while maintaining a high standard for screening and candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and founders, ensuring calibration, speed, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience hiring engineers and commercial roles across European markets.
• Technically literate with ability to discuss tech stacks in conversation.

Responsabilités

• Own roles and markets from opening to close.
• Source directly via outbound and referrals; leverage AI tools.
• Screen candidates thoroughly and provide clear feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate bar and timelines.
• Brief and manage agency partners; maintain a clean process.
