Job summary

Duvo Inc is seeking a Talent Partner to own EU markets end‑to‑end, own roles, open the pipeline, run the process, and close offers. You will source directly and leverage referrals and AI to reach talent quickly.

You will screen candidates rigorously, ensure clear notes, and collaborate with managers to maintain a strong, bias-free selection process. Remote work across Europe with influential ownership in GTM and engineering hiring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from zero for hard roles.
• Experience hiring engineers and commercial roles in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of roles across engineering and GTM in EU markets.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn and referrals; use AI to identify candidates.
• Screen candidates with strong notes and clear outcomes; decisive pass/fail.
• Partner with hiring managers; align bar, chase feedback, and push back when needed.
• Manage agency partners; brief properly and cut noise when necessary.
• Run a tight, automated process for scheduling, trials and logistics.
• Look after candidates and communicate clearly about status.
