Job summary

Fluent English is required, and a second European language is a plus. Expect travel ~30% across Europe, with a collaborative, cross-functional team across Europe and a strong emphasis on applying data and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales training or learning & development.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, both in person and virtual.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams in a complex environment.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international, matrix environment.
• Comfort with digital learning, data and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person, virtual and blended sales training across Europe.
• Facilitate learning for sales teams and frontline managers.
• Translate sales methodologies into practical customer scenarios.
• Support managers with coaching tools and reinforcement activities.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to meet local business needs.
• Use feedback and data to identify gaps and improve impact.
• Share best practices to shape the European Academy.
