Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, technical discipline, business, or related field.
• Experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, technical sales support, project coordination, or similar role.
• Fluency in German and Italian required; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements with sales teams and design technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and application support to meet targets.
• Serve as a technical resource for distributors, building capability and relationships.
• Maintain engagement with distributors and channel partners to drive opportunity development.
• Assist in design, specification, and configuration of products for customer applications.
• Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support project planning, including equipment selection and schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, operations, and service teams for delivery.
