Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and, ideally, additional European languages.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, mobility services, or related operations.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Fleet Management partners and OEMs to secure vehicle availability and manage costs.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, reallocations and disposals, and process driver requests.
• Support reporting activities and ensure fleet data/processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary contact for a designated group of drivers to support maintenance, safety and lifecycle decisions.
• Oversee acquisition, maintenance and disposal of vehicles, including replacement analysis and annual ordering recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and enforce fleet management policies ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide drivers with training and guidance on fleet policies and safety protocols.
