Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Fleet Data Manager for its FPAC team in London. This hands-on role owns fleet data from FMCs to Amazon planning tools, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence across lifecycle data and reporting pipelines.

You will partner with Ayvens/Arval, contribute to planning tools, and drive improvements while supporting data-driven procurement decisions valued in the hundreds of millions of GBP OPEX annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data analytics to identify problems and drive improvements.
• Experience in vendor management or operations support for data-centric services.
• Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end data delivery with FMCs, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Monitor data quality across SDR and SRR pipelines and resolve issues.
• Support Weekly Business Reviews and reporting cadences by ensuring upstream data is accurate and timely.
• Escalate systemic data failures through FMC governance channels and collaborate with stakeholders.
