Job summary

European Tyre Enterprise Limited is seeking a Group Vehicle Administrator to manage the administration and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, maintenance logging, and adherence to legal and policy requirements.

Reporting to the Group Vehicles Category Manager, the successful candidate will handle vehicle acquisition and disposal, documentation, insurance, tax, and reporting, while collaborating with teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and organise while meeting targets and deadlines.
• Good numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle fleet records and documentation.
• Support vehicle acquisition and disposal processes.
• Manage insurance, tax, maintenance records and reporting requirements.
• Act as the central point of contact for vehicle-related administration.
