Job summary

Kin Collective Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of an established international organisation, seeks a Distributor Account Manager to support a portfolio of European distributors. The role focuses on strengthening partnerships, reviewing performance, and guiding commercial decisions with data.

You will act as the main contact for distributors, develop territory plans, support pricing and product positioning, and travel regularly across Europe to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or distributor management.
• Exposure to international markets or multi-territory business environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret commercial performance data.
• Ability to translate insights into clear, practical account plans.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing distributor partners across Europe.
• Reviewing sales, profitability, market share and wider account performance.
• Producing reports and commercial insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Working with distributors to develop and implement territory-specific account plans.
• Monitoring budgets and performance against agreed commercial objectives.
• Supporting pricing and product positioning decisions across different markets.
• Influencing distributor activity and constructively challenging performance where required.
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve operational, product and customer-related matters.
