Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Distributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA. You will translate channel priorities into scalable governance, operational processes, and distributor management routines across EMEA, ensuring performance, onboarding, and governance are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical technology, healthcare, or distributor environments is an advantage.
• Ability to translate channel priorities into governance, tools, and playbooks.
• Strong KPI tracking, analysis, and strategic recommendation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate EMEA channel priorities into operating processes, governance routines, and market plans.
• Manage distributor identification, onboarding, and approval across markets.
• Design scalable playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and governance calendars.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams to remove barriers and activate distributors.
