MRSL Group is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead its UK distribution network. The role focuses on strengthening distributor relationships, driving channel performance and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will bring proven distribution experience, commercial acumen, and strong Excel/ERP proficiency to review sales, forecasts and stock levels to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution management within electronic components market.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience reviewing sales performance, stock levels, forecasts, and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key distributors to drive sales and meet targets.
• Analyse POS data, stock levels, orders and forecasts to identify trends.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams on inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Oversee pricing agreements, special pricing requests and ship-and-debit claims.
• Support new product introductions and growth through the distribution network.
• Monitor distributor performance and implement commercial improvements.
• Use market insights to drive revenue growth and channel development.
