Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple activities within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Processing and updating orders within the ERP system
• Communicating order amendments and updates to customers
• Working closely with internal departments and shipping teams to coordinate deliveries
• Managing customer enquiries, complaints and post-sales support activities
