Pentland Brands is hiring a Customer Operations Executive to manage orders across the EMEA region. You will coordinate order placement, tracking and delivery while resolving issues and communicating progress to customers and internal teams.

The role requires French language skills, strong Excel, attention to detail, and experience in a customer-focused environment. Hybrid/office-based work and a structured interview process are described above.

Qualifications

• French speaking is required for the role.
• Strong Excel capability and data reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Experience in a customer-focused role and administrative duties.
• Knowledge of SAP for data interrogation and reporting.
• Familiar with EDI order processing and online retailer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Place and manage customer orders for designated accounts in the EMEA region.
• Track orders, update stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and invoices.
• Handle export documentation and global logistics compliance as needed.
• Interrogate data from SAP and provide regular order book analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Asia merchandising and shipping teams.
• Support delivery of brand priorities and customer OTIF management.
