Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on daily customer liaison, handling queries and issues, and coordinating with operations to provide effective solutions.

You will produce reports and support continual service improvements while coaching junior staff. The job requires strong English communication, advanced Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Administration and organisation skills.
• Ability to problem solve and know when to escalate.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers daily to provide support and advice on queries.
• Resolve service issues by coordinating with operational teams.
• Suggest improvements and drive continual performance enhancements.
• Produce daily internal and external reports using WMS and Excel.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior administrators.
• Ensure tasks meet deadlines and high standards.
