Job summary
Quartix Ltd. is seeking a EU Support Analyst for our Cambridge or Newtown Office to provide professional, multilingual support across Europe for vehicle tracking services.
You’ll handle queries via phone, email and live chat, use Salesforce Service Cloud, and coordinate engineer appointments while delivering excellent customer service. Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or German is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support roles.
- Multilingual communication skills in at least one listed language.
- Strong problem solving and clear written/verbal communication.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support to optimise Quartix products and services.
- Handle queries via phone, email and live chat, prioritising to resolve quickly.
- Log and maintain records in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Monitor live chat; manage a high volume of cases effectively.
- Analyse tracking data to investigate issues and performance.
- Schedule engineer visits and document details accurately.
- Provide training on the FT application and escalate when needed.
- Read/respond to communications in French, Spanish, Italian or German.
