You will develop relationships, win new clients, and place top talent in Engineering, Hardware/Embedded, Software and AI roles for VC-backed startups.

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment track record from wining clients to filling roles you sourced.
• Experience in Engineering, Hardware/Embedded, Software or AI is highly relevant.
• Open to recruiters who have placed with early-stage VC/PE backed startups/scaleups, especially Pre-Seed to Series C.

Responsibilities

• Build your reputation as a specialist across Aerospace & Defence in Europe.
• Place high-calibre talent into VC-backed startups/scaleups on retained or exclusive basis.
• Grow personal brand and network within the market through relationships and industry knowledge.
