Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking an experienced Embedded Talent Partner to join our team. You will deliver on embedded projects, working closely with end clients to understand growth plans, fulfil hiring needs, and make a genuine impact.

You will embed within one of our client organisations as a dedicated TA function until project completion, handling end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder relationships, and delivery of recruitment solutions. The role offers flexible location with visits to UK offices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a TA, Delivery/RPO or 360 role.
• Experience recruiting into Aerospace & Defence, Aviation, Hardware/Software Engineering, R&D, Renewables, Battery, Electronics, Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to end clients.

Requirements:

Experience recruiting into one of the following sectors is preferred: Aerospace & Defence, Aviation, Hardware/Software Engineering, R&D, Renewables, Battery, Electronics, Manufacturing.
