Ativo Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own a specialist market, building a dedicated client portfolio and developing knowledge, network and credibility to drive growth.

You’ll engage with organisations from ambitious start-ups to global enterprises, manage end-to-end recruitment, and stay close to technologies shaping the market. A competitive salary plus bonus and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, whether managing the full recruitment lifecycle or ready to take greater ownership of client relationships.
• Ability to open conversations and explore where new client relationships could develop.
• Experience of account management and growing accounts through delivery and credibility.
