You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and networks, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and develop long term relationships.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing strategies.
