Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and peripheral skills.
• Networking basics: LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing or ITSM tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to work onsite independently and coordinate with remote teams.
• Slovak language/local communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows and common software issues.
• Install, configure, and replace computers and peripherals.
• Assist with account, password, and access issues.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations.
• Maintain asset records and update inventory.
• Log incidents in the ITSM system and track SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
