Job summary

Withers seeks an experienced EUC Specialist to advance our Windows end-user computing environment. You will manage lifecycle, packaging, deployment and security across physical devices, virtual desktops, cloud management and automation.

You will work with IT Systems and Security teams, liaising with vendors to ensure uptime and continuous improvement in a global professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience focused on Windows 11 lifecycle management and modern EUC platforms.
• Hands-on with Intune, MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Autopilot.
• Experience packaging applications (MSI/InstallShield/App-V) and scripting with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Package, deploy and maintain applications using Intune, MECM and PSADT.
• Manage deployments across MECM, Intune and AVD environments.
• Automate desktop support processes with PowerShell and other tools.
• Provide technical expertise during testing and release with vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor endpoint analytics and drive improvements across the Windows estate.
• Develop zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle processes with Autopilot.
