Job summary

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking an EUC Support Engineer to deliver a professional, high-quality end-user computing experience across our organisation. You will provide remote and on-site support across multiple locations in the UK and work closely with the service desk and wider technology teams to keep colleagues productive.

Responsibilities include 2nd-line support for Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Outlook and Teams, plus device provisioning, deployment, patching and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 2nd-line IT support experience, handling end-user issues across multiple locations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Windows-based environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-line technical support for end-user computing across multiple locations.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, Windows 11, Outlook, Teams and related apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and deskside support where required.
• Take ownership of complex incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues throughout incident lifecycle.
• Identify recurring incidents and work with teams to address root causes.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support device provisioning, configuration, deployment, patching and compliance.
• Maintain security and configuration standards across the EUC estate.
• Assist new starters, internal moves and leavers with tech setup.
