The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to provide 2nd line support for end-user computing and to back IT service desk services.

You will deliver projects, manage base images and liaise with Service Desk, Infrastructure and 3rd parties to resolve tasks and incidents, while applying cyber security practices across desktops.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering 2nd line IT support for end-user computing.
• Experience with desktop imaging and deployment projects.
• Ability to liaise with IT service desks, infrastructure and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd Level support for BAU end-user computing.
• Deliver projects and manage base images.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk, Infrastructure and 3rd parties.
• Respond to tickets promptly and maintain service quality.
• Support cyber security tasks and OS hardening.
