Metropolitan Gaming is seeking an EUC Support Engineer to deliver high-quality end-user computing support across multiple locations in the UK. You will handle 2nd-line support for Windows 11, M365 apps, Teams, Exchange Online and device management while working closely with the service desk and IT teams.

You will ensure remote and on-site colleagues can work effectively, manage incidents, and support provisioning, security, and compliance across the EUC estate.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 for enterprise environments.
• Experience with Edge cases in device management and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Teams, Exchange Online and cloud apps.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd-line EUC support for end-user computing across locations.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and workplace applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and related services.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, app and connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and deskside support as needed.
• Own complex incidents to resolution with clear communication.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate to address root causes.
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support device provisioning, deployment, patching and compliance.
• Maintain security and configuration standards across EUC estate.
• Assist with onboarding and exits for staff.
