Job summary

TECEZE in Manchester, UK seeks an experienced EUC / Deskside Support Engineer to backfill an EUC/ITSM role. You will provide deskside and remote end-user support, manage the laptop lifecycle, and coordinate with facilities on device provisioning and asset tracking.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years in IT Service Management / EUC, hands-on Windows and hardware experience, and strong English communication. MS Intune, SCCM, iDRAC/iLO knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in IT Service Management / EUC / Deskside Support.
• Hands-on Desktop / End User Computing support experience.
• Familiar with SCCM / Ivanti / Intune for software deployments.
• Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management processes.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Managed Service environments and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote end-user support to regional users.
• Manage asset tracking, laptop lifecycle and inventory records.
• Assist with software deployments and patch management.
• Troubleshoot conference room / meeting room devices (Polycom, Cisco, Teams Rooms).
• Coordinate with Facilities for non-network devices and space reclamation.
• Ensure SLA adherence and support IT operations across the region.
