EU Regional Sales Training Leader

Job summary

Norgine seeks an EU Regional Training Lead to shape and elevate commercial capability across multiple European markets. You will design and deliver impactful learning solutions that strengthen customer engagement, leadership, and ICE/KAM/Omnichannel adoption across the region.

You will collaborate with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and drive learning initiatives, leveraging LMS and data-driven approaches to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent / high level English and ideally German & French language skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles and delivering sales training.
• Proven experience delivering sales training, field coaching or L&D programmes.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and customer engagement models.
• Expertise in facilitation, coaching, presentation delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience using LMS platforms, CRM/CLM systems and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional training and capability-building strategies.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes covering commercial skills and product knowledge.
• Drive adoption of ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks across the region.
• Partner with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
• Lead the evolution of the Field Force Excellence Training Academy, including onboarding.
• Use coaching, performance insights and capability assessments to improve learning effectiveness.
• Ensure all training activities comply with quality, compliance and regulatory standards.
